Use this 1099-MISC tax forms kit for reporting miscellaneous incomes paid to different people other than your employees for services rendered, rent or royalty. The kit is all-inclusive and meets 5-part state filing requirements.  Each kit contains 50 forms of federal Copy A and 200 forms of recipient Copy B. One kit would thus suffice for 50 recipients of miscellaneous incomes. The kit also includes one 1096 laser transmittal that payers much file annually.

Each letter size sheet has two 1099-MISC forms and the minimum you can order is one kit. However, we suggest that you order your entire requirement in one go as it can greatly reduce your cost per set.
