How much to add a line at the bottom saying you the buyer may cancel etc. and also business name and address at top to 250 order 02/08/2016

Unfortunately there is not enough room on the bottom of the form, but we can add a line within the form itself. We can add a line at the bottom of the section in the middle, just above where it says "We prupose herby.." This additional text would be a $14 charge. You can specify this by entering the information in the Additional Text section, which is just below "Do you need a proof sent to you?" in the imprint area.
