Displayed here is double window envelope that accommodates W-2 tax form – 4Up horizontal format. Made from recycled 24# white wove stock, the envelope has printed inside lining for confidentiality.  The 9" x 5 5/8" envelope has two equal sized windows - 3 3/4" x 3/4".
