Why should I select a Proof for my product I order?

If you select a proof for your checks we will fax or email you a proof prior to printing which will include all your imprint and account information. We strongly recommend selecting this option to avoid problems with your order. When proof is received kindly proofread it. Banks have different number sequences, even if it's for the same bank. You will want to make sure your checks will print exactly as your bank requires.

Can you print our company logo?

We can imprint your company logo on your checks Free of Charge.

Logos will be imprinted in black and white only.

Please send your logo in a *.bmp or *jpg format. Option

1. Simply click on the upload button and retrieve your logo from your computer.

or  2. You can e-mail your logo to in a *.bmp or *.jpg format to checks@printez.com. Once you're completed with your order you will receive a confirmation number, you will need to reference your confirmation number when you e-mail your logo.

What is a Fractional Number ?

The fractional number is usually found on the upper right hand corner of the check next to your bank information. The fractional number is important since it helps us generate the routing no. in our check system.  

ex. 12-345/987.

What is my account no.?

The account number is the number that was assigned by your bank when you have opened your account with the bank. Your account no. will be located on the bottom of your check.

How do I locate my routing no.?

Referred to as "Routing Number" or "ABA" this is a nine digit numeric code printed on the bottom of the checks. It's usually the center no.s on your check in brackets.

What do I enter for Bank Information?

For your bank information it is mandatory to fill in the bank name on the first line. As far as the bank address and phone number it is recommended to copy the information exactly the way it's listed on your old set of checks or starter checks that is given by the bank when you open a new account.

Imprint information is your personal or company information that you would like to be imprinted on your checks. First line is usually the name on check such as a personal or company name. The succeeding lines are for the company's or personal address and telephone number (optional).
