In observance of any major Holidy, UPS, FedEx and Third Party Couriers will not deliver orders. Shipments will be delivered the following business day.

Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase some products may be returned for refund. Kindly check below for qualifying items:

Non Imprinted Products: You can return your products within 30 days for a refund on your item.

Computer Checks: Imprinted computer checks are non-refundable. We do have the option of emailing or faxing a proof prior to production. If we made a mistake on your order we will happily send you a replacement. 

Business Forms: If you are unhappy of how your information has been printed on your products we will reprint your order at no additional cost. Imprinted items are non-refundable as they are a custom made item. Sizes are listed on all items, and refunds will not be issued for ordering the wrong size. 

Refunds : Refunds will be issued in the method of payment. I.E. if you paid with credit card, we will refund your card. If payment was done via check, a refund check will be mailed to you. Refunds are issued for the cost of the item, this does not include shipping. Please allow up to one week to receive your refund after the item has been received.

If you have already placed an order with us, please call Print EZ at  1-888-246-0635 right away. We may be able to re-schedule your order for a different delivery day that is more convenient for you.

If the delivery cannot be made, your order will be returned to Print EZ and may result in more shipping charges.

Do I sign for my order

For your package safety, it is best to have someone available to sign for your order during the hours of 9:00 a.m. — 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays (UPS may deliver to residential addresses up to 7:00 p.m.).

If no one is available and you would like the driver to leave your shipment, please put a note with your signature on it.

Most of our products are shipped via carrier. Carriers deliver to a physical address only.

Print EZ delivery policy

 •  Turnaround time is listed in the description area of each product.

•   Mostly, computer checks ship within 24 hours unless we are experiencing a high volume of large orders.

•   Any other imprinted product is 3-4 business days without a logo and 5-7 business days with a logo.

•   Non Imprinted products are shipped within 24-48 hours.

•   Transit time varies due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

•   Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.

You need to put in the address where your credit card is being billed to. Your order will not go through, unless we have your exact billing address.

Yes. The shipping method refers to transit time. Production time will still be the same for Ground and Air orders.
